In 2013 two new additional sizes of coin were minted, namely a five ounce coin with aa face value of £10.00 and a fractional value of one twentieth with a face value of 10 pence.
From 1997 to 2012 the silver Britannias were minted from .958 (95.8%) silver and with a diameter of 38.61mms. From 2013 the coins were minted from .999 (99.9%) silver and with a diameter of 40mms.
